Yes, gift vouchers are available and can be redeemed against any performance. Contact the Box Office to purchase.

Can I buy a membership as a gift?

Yes! Theatre makes a great gift. Just get in touch with our Box Office team and they’ll help you set up a membership in someone else’s name.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online via our website, over the phone or in person at the Box Office during opening hours.

Opening hours: Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm.

Do you offer concessions?

Concessions may be available on certain shows for the following groups. Please check the individual show for the concession eligibility.

Please check with the Box Office Team when booking your tickets.

If you have any accessibility requirements or require a dedicated wheelchair space please call the Box Office on 02392 649000 to book your tickets so we can give you the best experience possible.

When is the Box Office open?

The Theatre Royal Box Office is open 10am-5pm Monday-Friday and 90 minutes before a performance.
