When is the Box Office open?

The Theatre Royal Box Office is open 10am-5pm Monday-Friday and 90 minutes before a performance.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled. Exchanges may be possible. Please contact the Box Office for details. Just reach out to our team at [email protected] or call 02392 649000.

Do you have facilities for school trips?

Yes, we welcome schools and can arrange workshops, tours and discounted tickets. See our Schools page for info.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers are available and can be redeemed against any performance. Contact the Box Office to purchase.
