This is the questioned posed to Adrian, a renowned artist…a male artist. Maya, his enthusiastic assistant, takes us through stories of women who have made powerful impacts in the world, trying to get him to understand what it is to be a woman; to overcome the hurdles and labels dictated by society. From Anne Lister to Ellen MacArthur to Emma Watson, these women have broken through barriers and fought for causes they live for. Told through song and story, by students of City of Portsmouth College, Pinnacle shines a light on extraordinary women who should never be forgotten.
