Write Your Novel
As part of Portsmouth BookFest, Theatre Royal is pleased to be hosting an exciting Writing Workshop, hosted by author, journalist and writing coach William Sutton. Many participants of William’s previous workshops are now published.
Get a clearer idea of how to write your book, whether mystery, fantasy, memoir or anything in between. Explore different ways to tell your story with prompts, inspiration and lots of thought-provoking exercises to help you shape your ideas and find the approach that works best for you.
You will learn how to set realistic goals, build sustainable writing habits and move past common things that can hold writers back.
Most importantly, you will become a part of a supportive community where words matter, creativity is encouraged and writing is always worth talking about.
This will take place in our Dress Circle Bar area. Please note there are steps to reach this location.
