Box Office:

SUMMER OPENING TIMES: 10am – 4pm, Monday – Friday throughout August 2018.  We will not open on Saturdays & Sunday from 28th July to 2nd September 2018.

Normal 6 day service will return from Monday 3rd September. From then we will be back to our regular opening hours of 10am – 6pm, Monday – Friday // Saturday: 10am to 2pm // Sunday: closed.

On Sunday show days, the Box Office is open from 2 hours before a show. On show days the Box Office closes 15 minutes after the curtain up.

Booking online: All shows can be booked online. If you are having trouble with your online booking please call the Box Office on 023 9264 9000.

E-tickets: You can choose to receive your tickets via email. You can either print these out at home or show the booking confirmation email to our Box Office staff on your phone.

Ticket collection: It is possible to collect your tickets from the Box Office by prior arrangement. You will need to quote your booking confirmation number to our Box Office staff on arrival at the theatre.

Postal tickets: At an extra cost of £1.50, we can send your tickets to you by post. Tickets will arrive one week before the performance date.

NTR Gift Vouchers: Give the gift of theatre with a £5, £10 or £20 gift voucher for New Theatre Royal. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used for purchases online, by phone and in person. Vouchers will be posted to the card-holders address. Discounts and Concessions: Concessions may be available on certain shows for:

  • Concessionary prices: Friends of NTR
    Unemployed (with ID and/or Leisure Card holders)
    Children (Under 16)
    Students & Young People (with ID)
    Military Personnel (with an ID Card)
  • £10 tickets for Under 25s (only with ID, limited availability and collection only)
    To book these seats you must be between 16 and 25 and hold a valid student ID card
    You can book over the counter, on the phone or online quoting NTRUnder25
    The ticket must be booked and collected by the ticket holder in person
    The ticket holder must show a valid student ID card or proof of age, on collection of the ticket.
    The offer is limited to 10 Tickets per performance.
    The offer seats are Band B or Band C seats only and only available on selected performances
    One ticket per person per purchase.
  • Registered Disabled who need a Carer to help them access the performance, can get a complimentary Carer ticket. Please speak to the Box Office team.
  • Family of 4 ticket (maximum of 2 adults plus 2 or 3 children)
