Box Office Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday (non show days): 10am – 5pm
Monday to Friday (show days): On show days the Box Office is open from 10am and closes 15 minutes after the show starts.
Saturday & Sunday (non show days): Closed
Saturday (show day): 2pm (or 1.5 hrs before matinee) – closes 15 minutes after the show starts.
Sunday (show day): Open 1.5 hrs before the show starts (or 30mins before Pre-Theatre Dinner) – closes 15 minutes after the show starts.
Exceptions: Box Office will be open for theatre tours, and if there are other events requiring a box office and front of house welcome outside of these times.

Booking online: All shows can be booked online. If you are having trouble with your online booking please call the Box Office on 023 9264 9000.
E-tickets: You can choose to receive your tickets via email. You can either print these out at home or show the booking confirmation email to our Box Office staff on your phone.
Ticket collection: It is possible to collect your tickets from the Box Office by prior arrangement. You will need to quote your booking confirmation number to our Box Office staff on arrival at the theatre.
Postal tickets: At an extra cost of £1.50, we can send your tickets to you by post. Tickets will arrive one week before the performance date.
NTR Gift Vouchers: Give the gift of theatre with a £5, £10 or £20 gift voucher for New Theatre Royal. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used for purchases online, by phone and in person. Vouchers will be posted to the card-holders address. If you need them to be posted to an alternative address, please contact the Box Office. Items may not be refunded and no change can be given. Click here to purchase an NTR Gift Voucher online.
Discounts and Concessions: Concessions may be available on certain shows for:

- £10 tickets for Under 25s (only with ID, limited availability and collection only)
To book these seats you must be between 16 and 25 or hold a valid NUS Card
You can book over the counter, on the phone or online if you are an U25 Member. To become an U25 Member, please contact the Box Office team.
The ticket must be booked and collected by the ticket holder in person
The ticket holder must show a valid student ID card or proof of age on collection of the ticket.
The offer is limited to 10 Tickets per performance.
Members can book up to two £10 tickets for nearly every performance, your friend will need to be U25 too!
- Registered Disabled who need a Carer to help them access the performance, can get a complimentary Carer ticket. Please speak to the Box Office team about our Access Scheme
