An update from New Theatre Royal on COVID-19  

New Theatre Royal has been in the heart of Portsmouth for over 160 years, proudly serving the people of the city and our surrounding communities. Now our much-loved venue is temporarily closed as we play our part in preventing the spread of Coronavirus. 

Help us, keep buying tickets! Tickets are still on sale for performances later in the year and into 2021. Bookings can be done online.  Reservations and group bookings can be made by emailing boxoffice@newtheatreroyal.com.

At the moment we are rescheduling as many shows and events as we can, however there are regrettably some performances that have had to be cancelled. All affected customers are being contacted.

If the show you booked tickets for has been rescheduled your booking still stands and your tickets and seats are valid for the new date. You do not need to do anything further.

You will be contacted via email by a member of the Box Office team. We are currently working through refunds in date order, please be patient.
