About the event
Our Portsmouth Ukrainian Choir will be uniting with the Ukrainian Choirs of Havant, Petersfield and Chichester, and performing in Portsmouth at their first ever concert together.
The Choirs which have been meeting weekly in their own locality, will be coming together to share their love of singing, on stage for the first time, to perform a concert to help provide aid for those back home in Ukraine.
The choir are donating all proceeds of the ticket sales to Ukrainian charity Reduit – Power in Unity.
The charity provides essential medical supplies for both the Military and the people of Ukraine. The foundation was started by volunteers who saw many soldiers returning from combat with serious injuries that did not have access to the medical care they required. As well as raising money for medical supplies, the charity provides services to the military including art therapy, physical rehabilitation and psychological support.
Come and enjoy and evening of music, whilst supporting the cause for Ukraine.
