3 Hours of Dance, Fun, Movement Exploration, Fitness + Stamina Building, Release + Relaxation..
10am – 10.55am DANCE GROOVE
From Bollywood to Bee Gees… Charleston to Chaka Kahn… Salsa to Simply Red to name just a few dance styles + music genres we mix to create a fun, fast-paced dance fitness session where you don’t feel like you’re exercising!
11am – 12pm DANCE FLASHMOB!
We’ll learn a simple, fun 80’s Style Dance Routine to get our brains going after we’ve got our hearts pumping in DANCE GROOVE.
12.10pm – 1.00pm DANCE CHILLAX
We’ll unwind for the last hour with lyrical style dance, powerful martial arts stances and yoga-like stretching. Set to up-beat world music this session will rejuvenate, restore and relax the entire system inside + out. Please Bring your own Yoga Mat for DANCE CHILLAX.
