Helena Cole is an experienced commercial finance director who has also led teams in HR and IT as well as finance. Working in the defence industry for the last 15 years she has worked with the Navy and the Air Force, working for BAE Systems in the Dockyard and Aquila ATMS Ltd in Whiteley. Throughout a varied career she has run a shared service centre in Babcock International, worked on the BBC contract for Babcock Media and worked in facilities management for Dalkia.
She has a degree in History and an MA in Women’s Studies from Portsmouth University and has a keen interest in diversity, having sat on the Diversity Steering Committee in Babcock and set up the Inclusivity Steering Committee in Aquila.
