Having grown-up and studied in the Midlands, Ben moved to Portsmouth 15 years ago as his naval career brought him from the south-west via America to Portsmouth’s Naval Base. Retiring from the Royal Navy after 20 years, Ben commenced his role as the Operations and Finance Director at Portsmouth High School in the summer of 2021.
In his spare time, he helps support a local youth football club where he has coached for the past 5 years and greatly enjoys the outdoors and all it has to offer.
