It’s so important that New Theatre Royal remains closed for now, as we play our part in preventing the spread of Coronavirus. We’re missing our audiences, the laughter and bustle of people in our building, and we can’t wait to open our doors again very soon.

While many of us stay at home, we wanted to share how you can still enjoy culture and theatre and where you can find advice, support and resources.

How you can help

This is a challenging time for us all in the arts, New Theatre Royal is a charity and we rely on the support of our audiences. Buying tickets or making a donation will help to support us and protect the theatre’s future. Support us.

Say THANK YOU to our frontline workers in Portsmouth with a Pay It Forward ticket for Cinderella this Christmas. We will be donating these tickets to Care Home and NHS staff to enjoy with their families. Pay It Forward.
