New Theatre Royal Behind The Curtain Tours
Discover the fascinating history of this beautiful theatre from 1856 to the present day, and get a chance to see the secrets of a Phipps/Matcham Theatre in operation.
The tours will show you parts of the theatre not usually visited by the public. Tours involve walking up and down staircases, some of which are very steep and narrow. If you have mobility issues, or are a wheelchair user, please let us know so we can pre-arrange an alternative route.
