Front of House Duty Manager

We are seeking a hands on, dynamic, customer service team member to assist in the management of the public areas of the building including the Bars, Front of House and Box Office ensuring customer service excellence whilst maintaining the safety and security of customers, visitors and staff.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the front of house income on a per show basis to reach the expected venue and team potential. They will work across the whole of the Front of House areas, Duty Managing Shows and also working behind the Box Office.

Candidates will have a passion for culture, a keen attention to detail and a capacity for teamwork and collaboration.  

This position is for 25 hours per week, over 5 out of 7 days.
