How to Book Booking Information
You can book tickets for our shows in person at the Box Office over the telephone or you can now book online.

| Monday - Friday | 10am - 6pm (10am - curtain up on show days) |
| Saturday | 10am - 2pm (10am - curtain up on show days) |
| Sunday | 12pm - 3pm (on Sunday children's show days) |

Tickets can be reserved without payment for up to 5 working days or until 48 hours before the performance time, whichever is soonest. If they are not paid for, or the box office is not contacted by the end of reservation period, the tickets will be released for general sale.
If you would like your tickets to be sent by post there is an additional 30p charge for the whole booking, otherwise tickets will be kept at the box office for collection.
Once purchase has been completed the theatre is unable to refund your tickets.

Concessions - Available for the over 60s, full time students, and those receiving disability or unemployment benefit, please provide proof of your status when booking.
Groups of 8 or more can get up to 10% off full priced tickets.
Up for it Club - Tickets £5 for members.
Concessions and group booking rates do not apply to Sunday children’s shows and to some theatre hires, please check when booking.
