Before Arriving

Q. Where can I park?

Q. What time is the box office open?
10am-3pm Mon-Fri and until curtain up on show nights.
10am-2pm on Saturdays and until curtain up on show days.
Sunday opening times vary depending on show, but always 2 hours before curtain up.

Q. Where and when should I pick up my tickets?
From the box office between 10 and 30 minutes before the performance.

Q. Is there a booking fee?
We do not charge a booking fee on tickets booked through the box office, except bookings made using a credit card. There is £2.50 transaction fee when booking online.

Q. Can I book online?

Q. Can I choose my seats when booking online?
No, there is not the facility to choose your seats online, you can however choose which area you would like to sit in and our box office staff will allocate you the best seats available in your preferred area.

Q. What happens if I can’t make the performance I have booked for?
Unfortunately we cannot refund your tickets or offer you a credit note.

At the Theatre

Q. Is there somewhere nearby to eat?
There is a café in house called Othello’s, reservations can be made by calling Bob on 023 9279 2752.

Q. Can I buy ice creams or sweets?
Yes. Ice creams and sweets will be on sale at the bars and ice creams will also be available in the auditorium during the interval. You can also pre-order your interval drinks to save queuing.

Q. When can I take my seat?
The house generally opens 20-30 minutes before the show starts, but our bars and café are open at least an hour before the performance.

Q. Will I be allowed in if I am late?
Latecomers may not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance, but wherever possible we will seat you as soon as possible.

Q. Will there be an interval?
It depends on the show. The box office will have this information along with the approximate running time a minimum of 10 days before the performance.

Q. Can we film or record the show?
No, due to copyright laws the use of all photographic and recording equipment (including mobile phones) is not allowed unless otherwise stated.

Q. Can I use my mobile phone in the auditorium?
No, please remember to turn off all mobile phones, pagers and watch alarms before entering the auditorium.

Q. Do you sell theatre tokens?
We sell SOLT Theatre Tokens that can be redeemed in participating theatres (including the NTR).
