We endeavour to ensure the New Theatre Royal can be enjoyed by everyone and are committed to making the theatre as accessible as possible for all.

Booking

Discounted tickets are available for registered disabled people with a complimentary ticket for companions. Tickets are available for wheelchair users in the stalls, please consult the box office when booking. Please book any wheelchair spaces 3 days prior to the performance.

We welcome young people of all ages. Children under 12 are expected to be accompanied by parent or guardian.

Facilities

Wheelchair access to the building is through the double doors nearest to The White Swan pub, please ring the doorbell or ask our commissionaire who will be happy to help.

There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor.

We welcome guide, hearing and assistant dogs.

There is an induction hearing loop installed for the first 5 rows of the Stalls and the first 3 rows of the Dress Circle. Please inform the Box Office when booking tickets.

Pushchairs and prams are welcome and our Stalls Bar doubles up as a buggy park during shows.
