Running a theatre is expensive and every year we need to find independent funding to keep ticket prices down and keep the New Theatre Royal accessible to all. You can help us with this, whether it is as a patron who loves theatre or as a business who wishes to forge a partnership with us – we are always incredibly keen to welcome new people on board.
Individuals can become treasured Friends of the New Theatre Royal or can make a focused donation as part of our sponsorship package. Alongside our normal programming, we are currently raising money for a refurbishment of the current NTR building and the development of the ‘back-lot’ space behind the theatre, in partnership with the University of Portsmouth.
